Business Development Director, UK - flexible, c£60k plus excellent bonus

Palladium Associates offers a wide range of risk, investigation and security services delivered though a unique model of deploying ex police and former security personnel in a highly flexible way. We currently provide security and customer facing staff for a range of transport companies, providing a flexible and quality resource across the UK. We are developing our business and are looking for a Business Development Director to take our organisation forward.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to develop and run a business with an excellent quality product proposition. The business has sound financial status and an excellent reputation amongst its clients for providing high quality resources for events and to supplement existing staff numbers. The role will create the overall business development strategy in the transport sector initially, with the main opportunity to provide flexible outsourced staff in security, revenue protection and customer services. You will be supported by a small team, including marketing and tender support and will have the freedom to work on your own initiative.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in outsourcing, ideally within the transport sector. A proven track record in new business development is required, with the ability to source leads and convert to new business. The role will be involved in creating high profile tenders, commercial pricing, developing the proposition to new sectors and providing after sales service as required. Highly personable, with a good network, we are looking for individual with impact and gravitas, who have great communication and analytical skills but above all can sell the unique benefits of the Palladium proposition.

This is a long-term opportunity and will come with excellent rewards as the business grows. The package includes a base salary of up to £60k, car allowance plus excellent bonus scheme linked to the delivery of objectives. Your package will continue to increase with your success.
