Employee Relations Project Lead

Rainbow HR is pleased to be supporting Marshall James with the recruitment of an ER Project Manager for the National Air Traffic Services (NATS). NATS is the UKs leading air navigation service provider, handling over 2 million flights each year.

It provides air traffic control services from two control centres supporting airports all around the UK, as well as a wide range of commercial solutions to over 30 countries internationally. The Employee Relations Project Lead reports to the Head of Employee Relations and will play an integral role in the delivery of change across the organisation. You will be responsible for leading on the ER elements of change projects, working with HR, Line Management and Trade Union colleagues to build and maintain a positive, collaborative Employee Relations climate. You will also work on the modernisation of the Employee Relations Framework across the organisation and have responsibility for building ER capability throughout. There will also be plenty of day to day ER work and supporting the rest of the ER Team.
